Oh, Lonnie, isn't it a pain... I'm so tired of working to lose weight! 😁 I think there is no such thing as "maintaining." Well... For me anyway. 💙 John has it down to a science like nobody's business. You never go above "blue." Me? Goodness... Someday maybe I will feel I am a real maintainer. 😁

It's been more and more difficult to maintain my weight, Melissa. It's ridiculous how little I can eat and gain weight. If I have tequila, forget about it. I'm struggling, and having some frustrating weigh-ins lately, but I'm still keeping at it. I can't go back.
