Hi Bonnie, thank you for your comments on my journal. I totally understand about wanting to eat when stressed, just went through two weeks of that too. I wish I had a solution. But we all find our own way, don't we, and I find FS is part of the solution for me. I just try regroup with each meal, and be aware with each think I stuff in my face, that this is not really what I want to be doing, and somehow by being aware that this is not what I want to be doing, and being aware of that with every bite, I slowly come around. And of course coming here and reading inspirational stories, you will come back to baseline.

Is, because of Fat Secret, I start fresh every day. I'm sure if it were't for this site and my good friends on here, I would have gained every bit of the weight I lost, back. At least, I'm not gaining. Thanks for checking in on me. Hugs!
