Feel great this morning! I was great all day even had a glass of wine and a diet morgan last night still lost a lb. I was so sore from working out twice yesterday with weights and a ton of squats and push ups i could do any excercise.I am still getting over this cough too from a chest cold.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Not bad pretty darn good. I was going to have beer last night for st. pattys day then decided to pass and have a cup of hot sleepy time tea instead. Doing good girl keep up the good work*
