Had not so good news as it seems my TIK-has TOK-ED, time for pacemaker,they said in and out in one day, sounds like a drive through, this getting old really sucks, said no gym for a month, guess I'll be walking the beach a lot.Mainly can not use left arm, lifting no more than 5 #s, maybe pickleball !!! will see, played last night, very hot out reason for 1# loss, I will take it!!! And I'm DO N OK !!
