5.3 kg less in 2 weeks! 2kg in week 1 is water weight, but brilliant that thus decrease was more than repeated in week 2 making real fat loss. Water weight decrease important though as it decreases blood pressure and inflammation. I am on track to achieve 30 kg down by end July.
