Hr Kamis 7 Januari 2021. kmaren aq ga sempet isi laporan kalori harian ku,yg jelas q makan besar 3 kali tp real food smua ga ada junkfood..sama olahraganya pake cardionya SalsaFit,soalnya selasa rabu sebelumnya udah dihajar Fitness blender dgn HIIT n dumbell..jd hr ketiganya cardio ajalah,walau cardio uwoo jgn salah sensasinya kayak lari 4,8km..🤣
