Well, I've been able to maintain my weight for many months and then the holidays happened and I'm battling an autoimmune disease that flared up again. What I've been eating doesn't add up to such a big weight increase so I'm a bit discouraged at the moment. I'm on my second last day of antibiotics and hope things will improve. *sigh*

The numbers on the scale looked better today, so I think it is water... I'm starting to get back into a low impact exercise routine and will be finishing my antibiotics tomorrow. Just going to focus on staying healthy😊 and doing my best to be positive

I feel the same! I went up almost 6kgs in 2,5weeks which when I calculate the calories it's eating an extra 2050 per day which there is no way I did, with a few desserts here and there.
