I made it through Christmas and New Years without bingeing to much. I enjoyed some treats, but limited them a lot. I didn’t feel depraved at all.
I got a Apple Watch Series 6 for Christmas from Brent and have been using it to keep me motivated. I’m getting 30 min of exercise in a day, which is excellent for me.
I cannot wait for spring and summer when I can get outside more. I love long scenic walks. It’s so helpful for my mental health.
