Still not good in consistency ...sometime eats whatever available in fridge... sometime stops exercise for days .... and on weekends skips every type of weight löss plan 😁
60.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@amna i also eat in caloric limit mai pora din tummy full kr k bhi kha lo to bhi 1600 calories kabhi nahi hue ... han ager nuts adds kr lo to jump lga k calories pori ho jati hn wo mai kabhi kabhi use krti hun
