Well, there it is: the holiday damage done. Not great, but not as bad as it would've been had I totally thrown caution to the wind and stopped working out. All things considered, I am starting 2011 about 60 pounds lighter than I started 2010, and with the knowledge and tools to get those last couple of pounds back off again. And I know that the next step is to go ahead and DO IT! :)
