I am prety stoked about weigh in. I usually weigh in on Fridays (because I always know my weekends are going to kill my diet). Then I spend Monday- Friday trying to undo what I did. This go around I am going to weigh on Monday's.
Started the CT5K challenge today and did workout #1. Kicked my butt, but I am glad I did it.

I'm exactly the same, weigh iin on Saturday morning because I know Saturday and sometimes Sunday will be bad.
