Great result after another 2 weeks but I definitely had to do some tweaking this week. This is what I tried.

Wanted to try fasting for a day over the weekend but ended up making it two days because I just didn't get a chance to eat on Saturday (twin nephews slept over - enough said) and I really wanted to fast on Sunday so it was done before the start of week. Really wasn't a good idea though because I had a lot of cravings. Will do it again next Sunday but only Sunday. Two days are crazy. Could never keep that up.

Also did 2.5 sessions of that 300 workout and increased my weights on the last session. Not sure if that helped the weight loss but it certainly didn't hurt it.

Also had a shake for dinner on two nights of the week - not when doing the 300 workout - thought that would be way too much.

So I definitely tried lots of things which perhaps wasn't so smart because I won't be able to identify clearly what works for me or not but we'll see what happens over the next week.


On the plus, my measurements have decreased overall so the 300 workout is at least not turning into a body builder so that I'll keep doing. Definitely feel stronger and leaner so that's great:)

Well done, that is very good loss for two weeks, the cm's and the kilos are coming off nicely. I am going to check out the 300 workout

Thanks, JenJen267. Hope I keep it up:) I looked up the 300 workout for women but I found various options. I got mine from a trainer at gym but you're welcome to have my copy. I use the 300 workout mon, wed, fri and a toning exercise on tues and thurs with Zumba on wed evenings. Just give me your email address and I'll send it through:)
