Ok ... so it was basically all of that on the list today ... PLUS some “droee wors” - fellow south africans will anderstand. At least I was active too - 54 mins of walking / exercise today. Tomorrow I will definitely try and drink some more water, add some strength training 💪🏻 Plus a bit of cardio. Will eat “clean” during the day and maybe some fish tomorrow morning evening. Crave fish now! And of course - fish is not fish without some chips 🙈

Well done, I can imagine that must feel so amazing. What is your strategy to keep at your goal weight?
I still have about 4 to go to get to mine and am already thinking about how I'm going to manage to keep it there. One thing I do know is that I will never ever allow myself to go above 60kgs every again 😬

Everybody can relate! Age is all in your mind. When I wrote matric I weighed 53 kg ☺️ And since then A LOT has happened. Got married. Got children. Gained 18kg with each pregnancy. Lost some weight again. Tried keto. Tried counting calories. Let go. Gained weight. Joined a gym. Quite the gym. Story if my life. Then came covid and lockdown. I ate everything and stood up one morning weighing way too much! So I started walking. Just walking. Even in front of your tv in your home at one place. Everyday. 30 mins. I started to watch what I eat. No counting of calories. It was a matter of portion control, bit of exercise and eating healthy foods. I still believe the combination of grapefruit and eggs every morning kick started a thing. Im addicted to that combo now! So I plan to maintain this weight by weighing myself frequently: once or twice a week. Allow yourself some extras - but not every meal. Try not to eat in between. Keep up with some activity like walking. And watch your portions! Let me know how you guys are doing it! I must admit - it is no easy route for our shorties!
