Not horrible, but Not good. I haven't kept up on tracking my diet. I could have better results, just been so busy/lazy I haven't worked out. but I'm going with it i'll watch what I eat. this time of the year is hard because of the holidays but it can happen if ur consistent and determined :) happy Thursday all :)
