Great start to the first week of this long journey to health. But I won't be fooled into thinking it will keep going like this.
Week 1 is always a big dip because of the shock to the system - this is not my first rodeo so I won't be disappointed come next week when my weight loss is much less.
I'm in for the long haul so onward we go!
