So I know this shows a mere 1/4 lb weight loss, but really it's about 2 lbs. I was up to 145 over the past weekend, so the 3-day diet did improve the weight a bit. Still trying to figure out why I'm gaining, I really don't think I'm eating any more than usual (probably kidding myself). Also, my back has been bothering me quite a bit, so the exercising has really slowed. Last night I was really feeling it, so no cardio or strength training. Instead, I did some Pilates-style exercises for my back. It seems to be better today. Hopefully tonight I can at least do some walking!
