Eating only salad for lunch. Skipping breakfast, and eating a decent 700 calorie dinner. So far this is working well. Dinner is started with a large salad, Greek yogurt, and meat.
70.6 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
