It "might" just be a plateau. It does happen but normally it means the body is making internal shifts. Measurements are really important. Don't just live by the scales. I don't measure anymore, I judge my measurements by my clothes. Knickers mostly 🙈 You must think I'm bonkers but I swear, at my age (49), I know by how they are sitting on my bottom if the weight is dropping. I just got too lazy to bother with a tape measure 😂 Hopefully after I lose another 10 lbs they'll be falling off & I'll have to buy new knickers 🙏
Plateaus can end after a week or 3 weeks. Depends where you are in your weight loss & what type of weight loss plan you are following. If you are sticking to plan, then you should see a nice drop.
