I do not follow any diet as it feels like the moment I cannot have something Then I really want it.... so i eat everything in moderation...down 8 kg.... so obviously the strategy is working.... and it is most definitely the longest I have sticked to a healthy plan.... BUT I think it is time to change the strategy... i noticed that I am eating way to much bread so I need a way to make reduce it (not exclude only reduce). What is alternatives for bread?
