Worked out on the treadmill today. Down another .5 lb and my ticker turned yellow! Hubby is down to 155.5 (-21.5 lbs). Feel like I'm on a downward swing. I hope it keeps up thru Sat morning, before our usual weekend outings.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
