Do my eyes deceive me? I can hardly believe my scale!! 212!!! A number so foreign to me. A number that I never thought I would see again! AWESOME!! The hard work and sacrifices pay off, they really do!!
I am doing this!! This is not a dream. Every day I get more and more confidence and feel better and better about the way I look. 212!! Wow!! How sweet it is!! 42lbs gone and never to return again!!
When I think about the weight I lost it is hard to image my body holding another 42lbs. That is like strapping my 4 1/2yr old to my body and carrying her around. How did my body ever do it? I am going to get weights that you wear and put the amount I lose back on and exercise with that weight just so I can see what it is like to carry that so I never carry it again!!!
Now I am off to do the kettleball!!

Great job! It is amazing how adaptable our bodies are. When I carry a 40 lb bag of dog food I struggle because it is heavy. The way you are looking at your loss as something seperate from you is a great visual motivation. Very inspiring
