kemaren perasaan makannya kenyang n banyak banget, defisit nya cumn 99kalori aj, kirain bakalan tetap BB nya😁 ,tp full sayur tanpa nasi sama sekali meskipun puas n sampai kenyang banget pagi2 timbang BB turunnya lumayan.. 0.5kg🤭. tetap semangat.. semoga bisa istiqomah.. perjuangan masih panjaang..💪

Semanghat yuukss say.. yang penting tiap hari masih devisit kalori, timbangan bukan jadi patokan yg utama, bisa aj timbangan tampak naik tp LD n LP udah mulai mengecil dikit2😉 fokus ke SEHATnya aj, langsing itu bonus..😊💪💪💪
