Wasn't PERFECT in my eating yesterday and could only fit in a short workout, which I guess is better than nothing.

***Warning, personal question here*** Does this diet make you less regular? I found that it did when I did the regular FS last year and am finding the same this year. When it calls for cereal, I'm eating All Bran, but I imagine being irregular slows down weight loss when you only need to "go" every few days... Just wondering if it's just me. I'm usually quite regular.

Well, good for u for getting that workout in.....as for the monthly visitor you get, well, it didn't affect me but everyone's body is different. If u feel a little disturbed about it, call your doctor just to feel secure about it.....good luck your doing great*

Thanks! I actually was referring to daily fibre irregularity as opposed to the monthly kind. :-)
