This week has been discouraging - I have been 100% on plan and yet I am exactly where I was 5 days ago! I have even been exercising!
112.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It's only been 5 days, give it time. Do you feel like your clothes are a little more loose? Sometimes we can see the fat loss in our clothes before we see it on the scale. If you are doing everything right, then keep doing it and you will eventually see it on the scale. Just remember the scale is only one way to see weight loss success. You can stay the same weight but go down in sizes. You are doing great. Keep going!
