Poorest week so far which is disappointing. Would love some tips if anyone has some as I've been maintaining my target calorie deficit throughout this journey so far.

Stick with it 2lbs is still a great loss! It’s all going in the right direction, plus as you lose you might need to recalculate what your RDI is which can make a difference

Blimey i rarely do so well in a week. You can’t moan at that. 2 pounds drop in a week is called the perfect weight loss

2 lbs is great , it is better to lose weight gradually and most dieticians recommend 1/2 Kg a week
Calories is not the only way to lose weight , exercise and type of food , eat more protein than carbs
