Half way to my first goal weight! I've decided to a goal, reach it and then set a new one! this makes it way more manageable for me. I never thought I'd get this far. So proud of myself
114.4 kg Lost so far: 22.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
