Day 1 of my 1400 cal experiment, and I'm recording my weight as of this morning at 142.5 lbs. Pretty disappointing, considering it WAS at 139.0, but such is life I guess. My waistline is still at 32 inches, but the bodyfat registered 35.9%, which is a bit lower than last time - weird, but I'll take it!
