Lost 5 pounds the week before induction. I decided to cut back and work towards the induction week. I wanted to go to the doctor's and get more focused before going cold turkey. So far it seemed to work. I lost 5 pounds just by listing my foods, better planning based on the previous days of eating and cutting portions. Since I have Crohns disease I already know that the SCD diet and Atkins work well for me. To everyone else....Keep on Pounding Away at Losing! Have a Great Lost Day!
133.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 72.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
