Had another victorious day yesterday. Met or exceeded all of my challenge goals (except exercise, which I'm not TRYING to do yet). Inputting the foods BEFORE I eat them is a real help. It's like, "Do I REALLY want to use those 6 net carbs to eat ONE breaded chicken tender?" (I opted not to.) Enjoyed having them as a snack of cashews later in the evening. That was a treat! Looking forward expectantly to another good day. Starting to build up my confidence a little. It's only been 3 completed days, though, so I'm still being extra cautious.
