Went to the pharmacy and used the BMI thing that you stand on. 9stone 11lb and my height it 5'10.5 BMI is 19.3 - ideal weight!

62.1 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
