I stated at 185.2 at the end of June- so I’m losing this first set of weight really rapidly. I prob need to pick up my calories- I have been sticking to 1200-1400 using my fitness pal and incorporating 30 min of walking or elliptical each day.
I’m trying to eat a variety of food - nothing is off limits. Measuring and weighing my portions really does show me how much I was over eating though. I think I prob was eating atleast double if not triple some of my portions.
I’m trying to think about how I can possibly make this a life long change. I was really good for many many years but this last pregnancy in 2017 really shot my weight up and I haven’t been able to get down to a healthy weight since.
