Weight way up today and not feeling so hot -- must have unintentionally eaten something I shouldn't have yesterday. Workout went okay this morning -- made it through the full 30 minutes at 6.7mph but it was a struggle. I go in to have my cyst removed today -- hopefully not too painful.
