9 stone I remember being really happy to see this number on my scales when I was losing weight. I’m not so happy now it’s a gain 🙈🙈🙈serves me right. Been a week of changing my mind and experimenting with different ways of eating. Think this shows I’ve got to stick with one system ..... chopping and changing is not the way forward!!!
