Well, did usual supplements with aloe and apple cider vinegar. Ate can refried beans with onion and 3 tablespoons of light sour cream, 1 grapefruit. Ate about 650 cals. Did my exercises. Yea feel good and retained yesterdays weight, all good. Going to add more protein to diet and start going back and forth between a plant based daily meal and seafood based meal for a while, keeping either under 750 daily cals. Last time I weighed 205 was over 20 years ago.
