Last Monday I weighed in at 188 lbs...by Thursday I weighed in at 178 lbs...now today, I've weighed in at 185. I had a bad weekend and ate ate ate. However, the month of May I am keeping myself on the induction phase the whole month and hope to lose 30 lbs...i'm just kinda fed up with myself right now...so I'm going to begin planning my meals each night for the next day...preparation will keep my impulse eating decisions in check.
