Well, Sunday was off the charts, because I sat back and got ripped partying with friends[ dos equis and sambuca and sashimi]. Definitely a shock to the system. Luckily I only do this about twice a year now. Yesterday I was back on track, although I felt crappy. Need to start targeting my hips in my work outs. That's all. Cheers
