37.5% body fat. So, a week on a soup cleanse doesn't look too bad. It was not easy and highlighted just how good FS is to monitor and control what you're eating without feeling so restricted. I know next week I probably won't see a drop as my body adjusts to normal eating again but hopefully it has shaken my metabolism into fat burn again so I won't plateau. 3 weeks to go 🤞🏾💪🏾🤞🏾 p.s.
