I’ve always done Yoga and Pilates classes even at my heaviest. Since lockdown and the closure of my local gym I’ve seriously taken up mountain biking again and do about 40 miles a week. But I’d say the weight loss was down to diet. I radically changed what I put in there!!! I totally cut out red meat, dairy and alcohol which I think was a game changer.
