Just came from the doctor's office where he reviewed my lab results. My A1C has dropped from 12.5 on 1/28, to 5.7 today. Glucose went from 350 on 1/28, to 91 today. Triglycerides dropped from 190 on 1/28, to 96 today. Weight dropped from 209 on 1/28, to 169 today! Doctor called me his success story. Yay me!
