Greetings!
Two days before the big FIVE-OH b-day with the Christmas feast in between. I wanted to hit 189 on or before the b-day, but it seems unlikely at this point.
I've been working out regularly with the lovely spousal unit. I even managed a couple two-a-days.
Although the workout routine has been good, the Christmas partying has been bad in a weight-loss sense. Despite my good intentions and conscious efforts, I still eat too much at parties.
