Have you ever experienced a cracking in your knees. lately it has become ennoying, they both make a lot of noise when I am squatting or doing lunges, but also when I set or stand up and if I do a whole range of motion I feel some pain. It isn't intense but it hurts. If you have experienced something like that, please tell me
