Weight is up again but at least I know those jumps are just water likely from walking and gardening outside in the heat. I need to get more strict with not snacking while watching tv but other than that food has been good.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
