If I'd recorded my weight yesterday, it would have been two pounds more but I could honestly have put 100% to the question of how closely followed. I walked over a marathon last week to make up for every single calorie I went over in wine... and last night I went over again!! And now I've got an unproductive cough and temperature fluctuations... I won't be able to walk a marathon if I've caught Covid-19 on my travels... oh, I'm so cross with myself!! Lol... I'm so well-behaved when I haven't had a drink!! There's a new chocolate ice-cream on the market that I really fancied, so I bought it last week and PUT IT STRAIGHT IN MY FREEZER... all 219 calories of it is still sitting there, but once I'd started on the wine last night I couldn't stop! Oh... if I was a horse, someone would shoot me... ha ha... never mind... I'm still determined. I've stuck to this diet for over a month now and have lost nearly a stone. I WILL get back on track. I don't think I've caught the lurgy and I will make up for every single calorie again this week. Perhaps I should just stop buying wine... lol... xx
