well so far just reduced my portions eating my snacks drinking water and a bit of success now the hard part the weekend...just gotta stay strong and committed and it will work out...next week same thing happy Friday all!!!
57.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
