I think I've hit a plateau again. I've been bouncing around 238 now well over a week. I might be up a little one day due to dehydration or whatever but then the next day or day after I'm right back where I started. It's really a little annoying, I know that I'm eating enough and while the last few weeks I probably haven't exercised a lot, it should still be enough to have me move a little.
Is it possible that I've stalled out due to being tired and not getting enough sleep?

don't forget Sue that stress can slow things down temporarily and you have been under A LOT of stress lately!! And yes ... lack of sleep can do the same. Just keep doing what you know works and it will balance out eventually ... not really a plateau ... just your path!!

It just feels like it's been one thing after another and no one around be understands. They're all either heaping more pressure on me or don't want to hear about it

I just booked a massage for tomorrow night. Hopefully this'll help both the stress thing and the shin injury

Stress, lack of sleep, lack of exercise. Any of these can cause a plateau - or sometimes they happen for no particular reason (as Forrest Gump would say).sspeaking from experience, eventually they do pass though. Just stay with the program and you will start to lose again

Ugh I am stuck too, it's so annoying. I guess we just need to remember that as long as we keep doing the right things, our bodies will catch up eventually! Good luck

Sue, I went through over 4 weeks without a loss in August and September. Hang in there and keep doing what works and eventually the scale will catch up! You are doing fantastic!

Thanks guys. I'm going to give it two weeks for me to calm down and destress (while I keep at things). If I'm still stuck then I'll start trying to break the plateau by changing things up.
