Had alot of dental work and then I got a terrible cold and alot of poor choices were made by me and my life sort of spun out of control but now I am back on Fat Secret and will be posting on a daily basis so please be patient with me. Seems that work is sort of tough also but at least I have a better schedule. I promise to post to this site on a daily basis and soon will be at 150 pounds.
