After all the frustration and weight gains over the past several weeks I am very happy to say I lost 3.6, the most I have EVER lost in my ww journey...(aside from the very first week which is always a big loss). I am happy, obviously, im actually elated. This past week I tested my body, I gave myself a 900 calorie budget, and ended up not even eating 700 on most days. I was worried I would feel starved all week or deprived, but I didnt.I just made smarter choices and did less snacking. Ive always know that our bodies really dont need as much food as we put in them to work, but this week it made its point clear for my body. If we give our body what we need to survive, and treat ourselves now and again it can be a satisfying life. I am still worried for the weeks that follow because I dont think I would truly be "happy" eating 900 calories every week, but I am going to try my very best to keep this losing streak!
