FINALLY! Another 1/2 lb down, yeah the weight loss is slowing but still going in the right direction. Yesterday was Good Friday so I went meatless & tried to do a little fasting, but then I failed a quiz in my (now online) biomechanics class, so fasting didn't happen. I treated myself to a single serving container of chocolate ice cream that came in at 140 cals, and later a 100 cal bag of microwave popcorn. I'm still avoiding filling my house with junk food, still got some grapes & yogurt, but sometimes you just gotta! But then I walked on my treadmill for 55 minutes & did some much needed ab work. Today we need to finish off the pot roast I made earlier this week, and tomorrow I plan on making a small lasagna, maybe slip in some spinach or zucchini & not tell my hubby, LOL!!!
