Good morning all on FS. don't be fooled this morning! its that day. I am surprised with this weeks weight lost as I was thinking I would have had a small gain, however once I got over the virus,this week I have been able to increase my exercise (12109 steps/day) my average daily food calories this week was 2510 kcal. I did loose it on Saturday and managed 3402 kcal but its the average that counts. I hope that you are all keeping healthy, take care and have a good day.
