Dropped 1.5 lbs overnight. Down 11 lbs in 6.5 weeks. And my weight loss ticker turned orange! Another .5 off would get me to my next mini-goal of 155. Today is a normal day.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
